I feel that Chaos Chests are too limiting in what they can offer when they cycle through; it feels wrong that items may be unobtainable for many people simply because they will eventually no longer be in a chaos chest. But what if chaos chests dropped chaos fragments that could be used to buy old chaos chest drops, albeit after significantly more chests needing to have been opened to get enough shards. This has several advantages. One, Chaos chests behave more like dragons in that old rewards are still obtainable. Two, it may cause an influx of chaos chest purchases as people seek the old loot. Three, there would now be mastery points that people can now access again despite no longer dropping directly.
