About one week ago I was banned from Glyph for no apparent reason, so I sent an email to the appeal address asking about it and how to appeal it. 24 hours later I had yet to receive a response, so I sent another email.
Fast forward to now. I have been waiting for a response from support since then and a PM I eventually sent to one of the staff members themselves regarding it hasn't been replied to as of yet.
I hate to escalate this to a point where I have to make this public but I feel that I was unjustly banned (if I even knew what I was banned for) and support shouldn't take this long to respond, if they even will.
Help please?
