error report when converting files

trying to mod something, but when i convert the files, only about 3 convert, and the others don't and instead pop up with error reports.

i tried it multiple times, and it doesn't seem like it's specific files.. every time i try it, different ones convert, and some of them that previously worked don't.



help would be appreciated, because right now i need to keep converting and having a million error reports pop up until they all convert.
