Constant disconnection problem

I keep on disconnecting in game for like every minute (worst every seconds) and i dont know the reason why. Already did the solution guide but didn't work. Already checked local files and redownloaded still nope...

Its really irritating that i cant't even last long in game for an hour..pls help :( :(
