Fasti: [ST] DELAYS on the timer | #StopTheDelays

I can't go along with everyone knowing about it BUT I have news. Now that I know about it, I took it to the guy who fixes it, and we should have a patch to #StopTheDelay on Tuesday with the Mantle of Power patch.We Didn't want to #ExtendTheDelay so we figured aiming for the next available patch was good. I can't promise yet that we'll 100% #EliminateTheDelay but there's a good chance the patch will #StopTheDelay.#ThanksHashTag
