I feel like the neon city's atmosphere is far too... ''light''. Isin't the point of the neon city that the NEON bits stick out real good? Yeah... It just feels like it's not dark enough around you. you have to remember that the neon is the ONLY light source provided. (minus the plasma). Right now it feels like there's a sun behind very thick clouds. :l Fix it. FIX IT NOW! >:C
