Avarem: Challenges will be the dominant way of making flux again....sigh

Hey all. PTS changes are on PTS for a reason! We appreciate the feedback, and will look at some additional tuning to the flux rate. We are happy with the changes to dragon coins, so expect those to go live largely as is. I would also encourage anyone who wants to provide specific and useful feedback to hop on PTS and give us feedback on the actual numbers, that is always easier to take into consideration when making changes. The goal with these changes is to compensate for the flux that is no longer coming from high shadow drops.
