SOLVED: I was not aware you could right-click allies to change their style. Special thanks to Shidou!
Hello Trove Community!
The other day my girlfriend went to play her Shadow Hunter and was going to change her Ally from her Foreman Footwear to SHOCK however upon doing so realized that the Ally did "skin" did not necessarily change, even though the stats from SHOCK were granted. After trying several different methods, short from uninstalling/reinstalling, to resolve the issue, nothing succeeded and she logged out becaue of how frustrating it was not being able to "see" the proper Ally. Upon logging in today, thinking logging off for awhile (1-2 days) would help. It has not. I myself have not noticed any further issues on my account/client. However, it is seems to only be her Shadow Hunter that has this issue. She has gone through all of her other classes and changed Allies and succeeded in them being changed. It is extremely frustrating to not be able to play a Class you are fond of and I was wondering if anyone else has this issue, or has had it, and if there is anything we can do to resolve it. The only thing I can think of now is to uninstall and reinstall her client, which I don't believe is the issue.
Things attempted to resolve this:
Any and all tips are welcome, and I apologize beforehand if this is in the wrong Forum section (any Mod is free to move it to the proper section, I only ask for a notification/edit on the Thread somewhere so that I am aware of it)

- Using a different desktop/laptop computer
- Right-clicking to remove the Ally and then choosing another, only to see the Foreman Footwear "skin" again
- Closing the Trove client and reopening it
- Running scans on the desktop/laptop computer
- Going through all Classes to see if any others were affected; only her Shadow Hunter is and none of my Classes are
