Why do I need to fight Support EVERY week for my EARNED contest rewards?

Hello. Every damn week the contest rewards are sent out badly.
From week to week I keep getting the wrong amount of Empowered Gem Boxes.

See the picture?

Contest only counted 3048PR for my Knight.
See the highlighted top left corner?... 5076PR...

I need to write to support about the same damn issue every damn week. And I always have to fight support to finally get what I earned...

Getting responses like this when I attached the SAME picture is just plain irritating. Can some1 please explain to me, as a costumer (a paying one in my case) why do I always have to fight the Support?

"You will not hear back directly regarding this suggestion" <-- What the...? So that's it? I just lost my rewards AGAIN because... reasons?

Also... What SUGGESTION?! I'm not suggesting anything. I just want what I worked for.
