Help! (Resolution problem)

So... I exited the game with something like 2000x~ Resolution.
Aaaand when I logged back on I can only see 1/4 of my screen... What?

And the bigger issue is the fact that I can't change my resolution because the settings button
is cut off.

So... Help?
