Neon City Styles?

So not sure where to put this since there's no bugs category so I'm dumping it here.

I am not getting Neon City drops, like at all. I don't have a single neon city skin for any weapon type at all and I've been though quite a few dungeons in Neon City Biomes.

Is this a bug or are they not dropping at the moment for some reason?
