In case if you are unaware of this(link), back in May, I've made a post on teaching you how to use my little Excel spread sheet to determine if your gem is good or not. Unfortunately, for some odd behavior, people have constantly broken the spreadsheet over and over again. Therefore, I've decided to come up with a better solution.

Introducing the Gem Evaluator Portable, a small .NET project that I've coded in Visual Basic.

If you want to skip and directly download and try it yourself, you can do so here

**Requirement: .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (click to download)

Feature
  1. Multilanguage! Currently supports English and Traditional Chinese. (If you want to help translating this software, please give me a PM)
  2. Portable! That means you can have it float on top of the game while using it.
  3. Offline Version! You can run this offline now, without needing internet.
  4. Suggestion! The software now judges base on your score and provides insights on your gem.

How to Use
- Small Gem Evaluator -
  1. Launch the software
  2. Choose the gem type
  3. Enter the value you see on your gem (Level 1 gem only)
  4. Hit Calculate to get your score and suggestion!

How to Use
- Empowered Gem Initial Stat Finder-
  1. Launch the software
  2. Click on "Empowered Gem Initial Stat"
  3. Enter the power rank and level of your current empowered gem.
  4. Result will automatically be calculated!

Known Issues
  • During Small Gem Evaluator, if you click on a empty input box when you have filled one or two stats, the calculate button will be disabled. A quick work around just simply click on an input box that has a value, then click on the empty input box again.
