As the title says, after completing my farming session, I realised my power-rank had gone lower... apparently my Stellar hat was replaced with a Legendary hat..
There's no way I deconstructed the hat as I have no Radiant souls and I've thoroughly checked all of my classes, inventory and personal chest.
