Context: Most times when I start up my game in fullscreen windowed mode the taskbar doesn't hide itself at first
Expected: I expected the game to open in fullscreen windowed with the taskbar hidden
Observed: Instead, the game started in fullscreen windowed with the taskbar unhidden
Repro steps:
1. Start game
2. Change to fullscreen windowed
3. Exit game
4. Start game
5. Watch as the taskbar stays at bottom of screen
Temporary Fix: Switching to fullscreen, then back to fullscreen windowed (Only fixes it for the current session)
Will update with a screenshot of the issue in a few minutes
