A Need for Biweekly Balance Changes

When you run an online game, releasing a big update has the possibility to really create a temporary fissure in the game. In regards to Trove, a major issue after (and technically before) MoP was the classes were extremely unbalanced. There was the supreme rise of the Shadow Hunter who could melt any enemy in the blink of an eye with its class key. Boomeranger became a big name as well for about 5 minutes before some changes. Meanwhile classes such as fae(previous top tier ST dmg) or knight sunk to the bottom of usefulness.

My main issue is, throughout my play time since MoP, no real initiative was taken to balance the classes. Sure SH's now have little place for ST nor are they the best late game dmg, however there was is no attempt to even out the differences in classes. Too much lies between what knight can do compared to rev or candy barb.

Is it really that difficult to tweak some numbers here or there? I dont mean to come across rude by any sense, however I fail to see why this couldnt happen with even about an hour of Q&A testing. I would imagine this is the quickest and most productive thing they could do, especially amidst those previous near-empty patch notes.
