FPS Problem

Hi, as you read, I have FPS problem with trove. I get around 40 fps normally and 30 in shadow tower on LOWEST graphic settings and my drivers are updated. My computer's parameters:
intel i7 4790
8GB RAM
Nvidia geforce GTX 745 2GB

What's wrong?
