Hey !
I noticed that french translations for classes are a little bit... lame (sorry >.<)
I made this post for people to help with classes translations in their own languages.
Here are some of my thoughts about the classes :
- Lunar lancer => Lancier stellaire (as "lunaire" means that his mood can change)
- Tomb raiser => Résurrectombre is weird and not easily readable. I actually didn't find any good translation yet. Thinking of something with "Dresseur"...
- Boomeranger => Boomeranger (no need of a "rangueur", because in french we also have the "ranger")
- Gunslinger => Dézingueur (actually, Flingueur is ok, but a little "flat".)
- Candy Barbarian => Bonbon Barbare (Glucobarbare is wtf x) Bonbon Barbare is sort of a pun, litterally meaning "candy barbarian" but also "a good good barbarian".)
- Fairy Trickster => Farcefée (Sounds in French like a real mythical creature from celtic myth, like "Farfadet")
- Shadow Hunter => Traqueur Sombre (Prédatombre doesn't sound good. We read "tomb", and It let think at first that this guy is robbing tombs. "Traqueur Sombre" means "Dark Hunter" and let imagine you can mark people and follow his traces.)
Other classes seems good for me :)
Do you also have weird translations in your languages?
