I have surpassed the error (and got into the game) by launching Steam (like Warwizard12 advised), and then launching the game through it.
Launching Glyph directly (even when Steam is running) gives that error.
Upd#2. I deleted GlyphClient.cfg (like GM Meowser advised), and it worked without a Steam.
Upd#3. I did a little workaround (with the original GlyphClient.cfg, located in \SteamApps\common\Trove), and it seems that "UseSteam=1" mode caused the trouble.
After I removed the line (or disabled it with "UseSteam=0") - the error was gone.
I removed the GlyphClient.cfg from the new location (\AppData\Local\Glyph) during the test.
