Confirmed for both xbox 360 and one controllers, ability 1, basic ability, and primary ability are all switched from their respective default trigger and shoulder buttons, and changing the keybinding in hot keys under settings renders no effect.
Ex. Ability 1 use to be left trigger, its now stuck to right shoulder even if you change key bindings.
Shortcuts on controllers now too are messed up. Before my R shortcut never opened chests, today it opened two of my chaos chests without me even seeing it. (I had 7, I hit the left arrow button, and next thing I know I had 5. I put two and two together there)
