Fasti: "Resolved" LS: Received user acknowledgement IS NOT SOLVED!

Hi there,I just wanted to follow up on this, as it was my original post that prompted your frustration. There are actually two issues at play here. At the time of my original post we had an issue that prevented everyone from signing into the game. That issue was resolved, thus the post.However, we later found that some characters or Club Worlds were not accessible but this was not for the same reason. That investigation is still happening and our engineers are working with the Customer Support team closely to run through steps to get this resolved. For anyone with this issue we are absolutely focused on resolving this as soon as possible.
