I have been disconnected from the game on friday (22/07), and when I login back, I've notice that I lost all my progress in game. All my characters become LVL, my backpack is empty, my chest is empty, my Mastery Rank 19 ( was 203 ) :mad: .
How can I get all my staff back ?
