Stuck on LS:Received user acknowledgement bug 2016

last night for me trove went down for some reason could not play for the whole day then after a while it went back up again

it happened on 23 july 2016 its now 24 july 2016

here's what i did

i Verify Integrity of Game Cache more then once

restarted my pc more then once

restarted steam more then once

none of it helped

most of my friends can log in fine

i'm reinstalling now to see if it works

if it does not work what else can i do?

i've also contacted trove support but they have not replied

i fear i won't be able to play again if reinstalling does not work D:
