There is a bug in the game where the display of the gem will show one set of stars (in the picture posted, it shows 3) but when I go to upgrade it, the gem will display 4 stars (as seen on the left.)
The gem packs are still full price, however the anniversary description says it is supposed to be half price. As well, the Clipper Class ship cannon's still do not make any firing noise.
