Terrible Fps

I've been playing trove for while and get a decent fps (45-60 on high settings). Recently I logged on and found that my frame rate was about 5-15 (on high) and I was barely getting 30 fps when every setting was low. I use a laptop with said specs :

I have tried to use nvidia control panel to force my dedicated graphics card to run with playing trove but it has either not worked or the graphics card is not the problem. Any suggestions to help me get back my fps would be appreciated.
