Purchased a 15 Days Patron Pass yesterday, yeah it shows Patron Pass is active in my character sheet but promised increase in stats never took effect. I can tell since my flask cap didn't increase my Jump stats didn't increase either my MF didn't Chaos Factor still at 5 or basically all of the promised stats never take effect.
