Hey there! In the Glyph client, you can select which region you're connecting to using the drop down menu in the upper right-hand corner. If this shows as "Europe", you're connecting to the correct server.If you're having connection issues, my first suggestion would be to review these troubleshooting steps and see if any of those work. If not, contact our CS team directly and provide them with your network test results so they can take a closer look at this. I'd also make sure to let them know which steps you've tried already.
