I've noticed something of which I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to happen.
If and enemy has been hit by another Neon Ninja's "Heuristic Haxstar", or just has the "Stasis Blade" debuff and you try to hit that enemy with your own Star then it does not hit at all. The Shuriken goes through the enemy doing no damage and not refreshing the stasis blade effect.
I've noticed this happening while in u9 worlds, where I was with another NN. I hope this gets fixed soon, as it also takes away from a lot of damage in Shadow Towers, especially against the Titans.
