Shiden: Inventory items

Can some one please help me out? In game a few of my items have disappeared and I can't seem to craft new or trade, place or pick up any, I've tried to reload the game, log out and log back in, uninstall and reinstall and I've tried waiting three days, nothing seems to work.the items that I know of include the workbench, the ring crafting station, the adventurers station and a few decorative items. I've even downloaded a gliphinstaller to repair the program files and that didn't work. The items wont appear in my inventory at all. If anyone knows how to fix this, please help me! Thank you
