Ice Sage Class Gem Ability no good?

Hey not sure where else to put this, but heres my feedback on it, it doesnt do splash damage, it does volley damage, meaning its not good vs crowds because if they all stand next to each other its all gonna soak into a few of them rather than all of them, like the basic ability.

Also... this damage is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy weaker......... and no splash damage, before I had this I could 5 shot a boss in U8 with 1k less PR, now I have this with an additional 2k magic damage, and Im going through 5 pots and still fighting......

I think this gem needs a buff
