After talking with a couple people I am posting here the idea of The Bloodmage. A class that is based off Health Regen (yes) and Flask usage/teamwork. First The Abilities:
Passive: Voids the Crit Hit Ability (This class cannot use crit hits) and doubles HR buffs on gear and gems
Basic Attack: Uses Magic Damage - Siphons Damage / Heals Depending on Mode (See Abilities)
M2: Refills a Flask in Atk Mode . Sends a Flask in Heal Mode (Yup, You can refill ur buddies flasks) Refilling costs the amount the health restores in Health AND Energy. For example: Death Defying restores 30% health on use. If this is the flask you have active: this ability would cost 30% of your health and energy to refill 1 flask. Cooldown would be 15 Seconds
1: Switches Direction of Siphon: Visible by effect which mode (think ice sage shield but red) Atk Mode Deals Damage based on MD. Heal Mode Heals Friendly based on HR (YOU LOSE YOUR HR WHILE DOING THIS)
2: MASSIVE Boost to your Health Regen for a short duration. This will make you a tankier in atk mode but also amplify your healing capability in heal mode. Cooldown would be roughly 30 - 45 seconds and the short duration would be 5-10 seconds
The ability to Heal and refill flasks is the main objective of this class, but being a decent tank and damage char will help for solo on top of it. the loss of crit hits on this char does hurt a bit. but the actual usage of HR will make gear a breeze to make. it will also put HR back on the map of usable gear/gems. also being able to switch between heal and tank is a cool thing imo.
If you have any ideas for improvement (or any comments in general) leave them below. Also For those saying that CH is too big to not have: THIS IS A TANK / HEALER, not a dps machine. Its designed to not be a heavy damage dealer. This is to encourage the tank or healer role over a dps role. It should have enough tank to hold its own for solo, but it is designed as a team based character (you know in a multiplayer game).
