Sorry for the trouble Mausi! We have several troubleshooting steps for crashing issues on our support page, so take a look at those and see if any of them help. If they don't work, contact our CS team and provide them with a DxDiag report, as well as a summary of the steps you've already tried. Currently, we hope to have a fix for the contest reward issue implemented on Tuesday, but nothing is concrete yet. Keep an eye on the forums for potential updates!
