weapons stellar emerging in the worlds are not tradeable ??????

I just got in the world U8 a weapon Mele Stelar. When looking at the statistics I get as "not tradeable".
This is correct??? I think he said, by the Devs that such weapons would be tradeable.

You can clarify this point by any responsible ??
