Radiant/Stealler

Hia!
I have just got my first radiant - chloromancer staff and am going to get the radiant pack. I am wondering weather to use that radiant pack to get a rad face/hat for the chloro or use it for a bow/gun so that when I get MOP on the 19th I can get another rad and put them in the loiter to get a steller staff.

So in short: All steller gear for chloro THEN stealler
OR
S3 face and hat. Get rad gun and bow. Loot them. Get stealler staff
